The question of migrating from one country to another is one that is both important and one that has jurisprudential implications upon the migrant. The concept of migration is not just a geographical one, so this booklet is not only intended for those who wish to travel from Islamic countries to non-Islamic countries – but can also apply to those who wish to do the opposite, or to stay with in either.
The questions of who should migrate? Where should we migrate to? How long to stay there? What happens when a reason to migrate is lifted? Can spouses have different obligations with regards to migrating? What about mature children and their obligations if the parents migrate? Does financial status have an impact? And are these answers different to scholars who migrate to preach?
Ayahs of the Holy Qur’an, traditions, what classic and modern scholars have to say on the issue will be presented to the reader so that they can make their own decisions based on the information provided and their own personal circumstance.

“I leave behind amongst you two weighty things: The Book of Allahﷻ and my Progeny – The Purified Household Peace Be Upon Them, and never shall these two ever separate till they return to me by the Pool (of Paradise).” – The Prophet, blessings be upon him and his Purified Household, of Allahﷻ
This undisputed tradition, and others like it, cement in place the importance of both the Holy Qur’an and the etiquettes and teachings of The Purified Household Peace Be Upon Them.
That we cannot separate one from the other, nor can we hold on fast to one, but not the other. It is a confirmation that if we wish to climb the spiritual journey in pursuit of perfection, that we must adhere to both weighty things. And to neglect one ultimately leads to neglecting both! A bird, after all, can only fly with two wings.
One of the best ways in which one can be familiar with the Holy Qur’an is its memorisation. This requires effort, dedication, time, and motivation. It is with this view that we hope to present a small contribution in which it is hoped the importance, significance, benefits, and proven methods for memorising the Holy Qur’an can be clarified, while dispelling some of the myths surrounding this important subject.
One hundred questions that may be considered complex are tackled in a simple, clear and no nonsense manner. Question that can arise from out own thought processes, or injected into our thoughts by those with ill intentions towards religion.
Without the weapons to tackle those questions, we may start to wander in worlds of deception, imagination and illusions.
This publication has been translated to tackle some of those common questions. It’s a “You Just Can’t Put Down Book” that can help illuminate the minds of both young and old by removing the curtains of uncertainty and deception that seems to be constantly attacking us.

A must read this Ramadhan!
This compilation of advice from the Office of Syed Sistani was complied by our teacher Syed Al-Badry and indicates the importance and significance of advice that is often given but regularly lost.
The compilation targets the youth, the professionals, the fighters defending our religion and pilgrims of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him.
The main sources of the translation were from the websites www.sistani.org and alkafeel.net, however, where necessary, some amendments were made to the translation for clarity or to better represent the Arabic text.
We hope you enjoy this compilation, and may it be accepted by the Al-Mighty.

ISLAMIC MEDICINE
Many may not know that before the Prophet, blessings be upon him and his Purified Household, became a Prophet, he was in fact a doctor. He prescribed therapies to treat ailments. And when he became a prophet, many people would come to him for medical advice to not only help themselves but to also test his knowledge. He treated so many that some of his companions also became de facto doctors.
The Medicine Of The Divinely Guided Prophets And Imams
WHY ARE THE NARRATIONS FROM THE DIVINELY GUIDED SO IMPORTANT?
Today, much of what has been taught through Islamic history by the Divinely Guided has been wiped out through fabrications, injections of doubt, “science”, and influence by societies imposing self-beneficial opinions and laws upon the Islamic society. There is a shift in our understanding of what is healthy – what is normal – and what is medicine.
